the staff and rooms were just cool. take a look at athens city centre district, it's worth it. rooftop bar in the hotel. there's pool too.
-
hotel is a modern design hotel in the centre of athens. staff is very nice and supporting, from the reception, to the breakfast service, to the pool. rooms (our room on the 8th floor with balcony) are big enough for 2 adults with child (maybe 2). beds are nice and big for southern conditions, unfortunately a bit hard. breakfast is top. super selection, freshly squeezed orange juice and salmon, greek specialties, freshly baked baguette. there are many small tourist but also typical local restaurants in the vicinity. ladies at the reception recommend very good restaurants. acropolis can be reached on foot with a 30 minute walk through the city.
beds are a bit hard. our room (811) was directly under the pool terrace which is open until 3 o'clock. you don't hear anything from the guests, when the pool bar closes and staff packs up the room, it sometimes caused a restless 20 minutes (pushing tables etc. we had booked a rental car, definitely a big car is not recommendable if you park in the underground garage. access road is narrow, without alternative (15 eur per day).

i can practically report only good things about this hotel. from the very beginning, (multilingual) staff has been eager and helpful, be it in organizing a taxi or with more unusual wishes or problems. breakfast is excellent (also pleasantly long - until 10:30 a. m. roof terrace is a hit (although two house "ruins" obscure the view of the acropolis from some places). room was clean, comfortable and quiet. nice detail: the room safe was so big that it could also hold a laptop. if you prefer a quiet room, we recommend a room on the courtyard (without balcony), view is not very attractive, it is very quiet - at least on the 7th floor. air conditioning works well and quietly, windows could be opened. some bathrooms have a tub, is certainly more difficult to get into than those with a "real" floor-level shower - this can certainly be taken into account when making a reservation. fitness room is small, completely and modernly furnished. design of the hot is bold, but i liked it. fashion and something different. if i come again, i will be very happy to come here.
two small points that may perhaps cloud the overall impression (but are hardly worth mentioning):. breakfast room echoes, i. e. it is sometimes a bit loud there. perhaps some measures can be taken here to improve the situation. otherwise the breakfast was first class! with the bedside tables the function is clearly subordinated to the design. they are very nice to look at, they are placed very low and hard to reach. here, design team did not think about old people.

Great rooms, excellent breakfast (thank you for the wide variety and excellent freshness of the food), great location, but... the most outstanding thing about this hotel is the staff. All of them are just perfect, especially Stella at the front desk, for whom nothing was any trouble. These staff could teach the staff of many other hotels how to be welcoming and helpful. They are a tribute to the hotel and to Greece's reputation for friendliness. We will be coming back and will tell our friends. Thank you to everyone at Fresh. Chris & Vicki
That we couldn't stay longer!

It's nice to turn up at a hotel and find that they are expecting you, with everything being ready, by that I mean that you have nothing to wait for, the whole check in process took less than a minute and we were in our room within 60 seconds of arriving! The room was bright and clean with a verymodern feel about it. The breakfast was great. The hotel even provided us with a breakfast bag as we were leaving to catch the very early ferry to the islands and would have missed breakfast!A Greta hotel in a great location - pay no attention to warnings of a dodgy neighbourhood, keep your witts about you and it's great.

excellent location and hostipality...great
everything was perfect

The hotel was very central. The design aspects of the hotel were very nice
The hotel is looking a little worn around the edges. The rooms are small but well designed.
-
Very modern, super clean! Attentive staff who were always very helpful. Incredible roof top bar and pool. An oasis in the middle of Athens

Staff were excellent: very helpful, polite and attentive. The halls and room were very fresh and clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was excellent for shopping, sightseeing and evening entertainment.
No iron in the room. Unfortunately, the area close by has changed and is unsafe after dark for wandering around (though this is no fault of the hotel). The staff, however, were very concerned and attentive to making sure we stayed safe and ensured we had transportation available to take us where we needed to go.

Decor Service
Pillows were small Rubber backed bottom sheet made us hot and uncomfortable

A fair value for money hotel at the city center of Athens. Very friendly and with sense of humor, personnel.
Unfortunately the hotel location isn't for walking around at night hours. From where ever we have been, everybody prompt us to get back only by taxi.
-
The room and the bathroom were extremely well laid out with all of the amenities one might need (E.G., comfortable bed, comfortable chair and side table, separate large desk, large closet, safe, well-thought out place for luggage, extremely good lighting, rooftop restaurant with delicious Greek and international food and a view of the Acropolis, extremely helpful staff at desk, restaurant and room service, good laundry service, and well located one block from Athens Central Market and two blocks from a Metro stop. Oh, and an easy to use atm at a bank next door. All of this for a very modest cost. Fresh is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many hotels, a lot of them more luxurious but none as well thought out for a travellers needs!
Nothing, I loved this hotel!

The convenience of the location, clean room and great restaurant on the roof.
Whilst the location is great the area is a little seedy at night time.
